My father has severe alzheimers and other health issues. He needs constant watching and aid in performing almost all daily functions. Caregivers from Senior Matters group have been most helpful in caring for him, while giving us some much needed time away. They treat him with kindness and respect. My fathers seems to enjoy them . We have developed a bond with Senior Matters caregivers. We are very confident when we leave my father with the caregiver that he will be well taken care of. They are willing to help and assist us in whatever we need. I highly recommend Senior Matters group.

Kathleen and I have had the opportunity to work together on a variety of senior assignments for the past three years. During that time, I have witnessed heart-felt compassion and intense resolve in Kathleen's work serving seniors. She treats each client like a member of the family. Her clients adore her because she adores them. I confidently recommend Kathleen every time the opportunity presents because she has never let us down.

A very difficult decision for a family to make in providing for the daily care of a loved one who is no longer able to care for themselves is; would they be best served and happy in a care facility, or in their own home with a home health aide provided by a local service. *Our loved one*, wife, and mother, has experienced both types of care, and our family decided she would be happiest at home.
In choosing a Home Care Agency, these characteristics are important:
· Willing to provide references, of both current and former clients.
· Adequately Trained Staff to cover an emergency NO SHOW, by the scheduled Aide. There are many reasons for this to occur, a child is sick, car won’t start, involved in an accident etc. The agency needs to have a trained aide to the client quickly.
· Documentation daily by the Aide of any observations, actions or suggestions that are pertinent to the future treatment of the client.
Senior Matters Home Health Care has met and exceeded all our expectations. The few emergency situations that we have experienced have been addressed quickly and professionally. The Aides that have been assigned to care for *our loved one* are well trained and care for her with loving attention.
*Our* family is extremely satisfied with the performance of Senior Matters Home Health Care and recommend them for your consideration.
